VNMKV Recruitment 2026: If you studied agriculture and want research work near Parbhani, this is a short-notice chance. The Sorghum Research Station of Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth needs staff for its sweet sorghum work under the National Mission on High Yielding Seeds (NMHYS). There is no written exam. You are judged on your marks, experience and the interview.

VNMKV Recruitment 2026 Eligibility and Age Limit
If you want to apply, you must meet the conditions below. Sorghum research experience gets preference:
- SRF: Master’s or Ph.D. in Agril. Botany (Genetics and Plant Breeding)
- Field Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
- Age: 21 to 45 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC, ST, OBC, PwD, Ex-Servicemen and Women (as per Govt. rules)
Your age is counted on the interview date. M.Sc. (Agri.) final-year students who have submitted their thesis can also appear.

Clause 19 of the notice prints “13/10/2026”, but that is a typing mistake. The main notice clearly says 13 November.
VNMKV Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
If many forms come in, the office will shortlist them on academic marks and experience. Only about 5 candidates for each seat (1:5) will face the selection committee.
No call letter will be sent, so note the date and time yourself. You won’t get any travel allowance (TA/DA). If selected, you sign a bond on stamp paper. To leave early, you must give one month’s notice or pay one month’s amount.
