INI CET Result 2026: You wrote the exam on Sunday, 1 November, and now one score can decide your PG seat. In this waiting time, fake result links and false news spread fast. The seats are in AIIMS and four other top institutes, so the stress is real.
There are two things many candidates miss. First, AIIMS says all notices, corrigenda and updates go only on its website. So a result link sent on WhatsApp, Telegram or a coaching page proves nothing. Second, the notice says forms without paid fees were rejected. Confirm that your registration got the final status on 26 October, because without it there is no result to check.
Below, you will find the courses covered, the dates that matter now and five steps to check your result. We also explain what comes after the result. All facts come from AIIMS Admission Notice No. 148/2026, checked on 2 November 2026. The 7 November result date is not in that notice, so treat it as expected.

What is INI CET and Which Institutes Use the Score?
In simple words, INI-CET is one common entrance test for PG medical seats. AIIMS New Delhi runs it, and one paper gives you a chance at seats in many institutes.
Key Points
- Trust only the AIIMS website, because the result date is expected and can change.
- Make sure your registration got the final status on 26 October.
- A good score is not a seat, so watch for counselling dates.
Many people think it is only for AIIMS seats. But the notice also lists JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru, PGIMER Chandigarh and SCTIMST Trivandrum, along with the other AIIMS campuses. This result is only for the January 2027 session, so do not mix it up with the July session.

Your result is only your score. It does not give you a seat, because AIIMS gives seats later in counselling.
