CUH DACE Coaching Admission 2026-27: Free seats for UPSC and Haryana Civil Services (HCS) coaching are very few. At the Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence (DACE), Central University of Haryana, the course runs for 12 months. You get in only through an entrance exam, so a form alone does not give you a seat. You have about four weeks to apply, so start with your papers.
Three things confuse many candidates. The free seats come with conditions on category and family income, so a General category candidate can only take a paid seat. The summary of the notice does not state the course fee for paid seats. It also does not give the entrance exam date or the application fee, so confirm both with the university before you pay anything.
Below, you will find the seats, the stipend, who can apply, the papers to keep ready and the steps to apply. The details follow the CUH DACE admission notice for 2026-27, cross-checked on 3 November 2026.
