Bihar D.El.Ed Spot Admission 2026: You passed the D.El.Ed entrance test, but you did not get a seat in the three counselling rounds. This spot round is your next chance, because private colleges still have empty seats after those rounds. BSEB will publish the college-wise list of empty seats on 2 November 2026, so you can see where a seat is free.
Three things can trip you up. The application window is only three days long. This round is only for non-government colleges, so government seats are not part of it. And the schedule notice does not list any fee, so confirm the amount with the college before you pay anyone. Keep your entrance test papers ready before the seat list comes out, because every day counts.
Below, you will find the full schedule, who can apply, the papers to keep ready and the steps to apply. You will also see what the notice leaves out, so you know what to ask the college. The dates come from the BSEB schedule for this round, checked on 3 November 2026.
