How to Download the NVS Class 6 Admit Card?

It takes only a few minutes. Use a phone or a computer. You can go straight to the direct download link, or follow these steps:

Key Points

  • Download the card only from navodaya.gov.in, never from look-alike pages.
  • Check name, date of birth, photo and centre on the day you download.
  • Carry a printed card, one spare print and a photo ID. Reach early.
  • Open navodaya.gov.in.
  • On the home page, click “Candidate Corner”.
  • Click the link “Click here to download admit cards for Class VI JNVST 2027”.
  • Type your registration number and the other login detail the page asks for. Type slowly, because one wrong letter or number will not open the card.
  • The admit card opens on the screen. Read it before you do anything else.
  • Download it and take a print.

Do not use any other website. Some pages look the same, but they are not official. My advice: take two prints and keep one spare.

What Are the Exam Date and Time?

The exam is on 28 November 2026. It runs in one shift, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. That is two hours. Questions will come from mental ability, arithmetic and language.

Reach the centre well before 11:30 AM. If your card shows a reporting time, follow that time. The full paper pattern is not given here, so read the rules printed on your card.

What Details Are Printed on the Admit Card?

Your card will show these details:

  • Student’s name, father’s name and mother’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Registration number and roll number
  • Photo and signature
  • Exam date, time and shift
  • Exam centre name and address
  • Exam rules

Check every line on the same day you download it. If the name, date of birth or photo is wrong, tell the Navodaya school or NVS office you applied through. Do not wait for exam day.

What to Carry to the Exam Centre?

Keep these ready the night before:

  • The printed admit card
  • A valid photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card
  • One spare print of the admit card

Put all of them in one folder, so nothing is missed in the morning rush.

What If the Admit Card Does Not Open?

Do not worry. Most problems are small. First, check your registration number and the other login detail once more. Then try again after some time, because the site can be slow when many people log in together.

Do not go to another website for help. Try the official download link again or ask the Navodaya school or NVS office you applied through.
